Have you noticed that Explorer windows active in W11 shutdown are not restored after boot? Restore Previous folder windows at log-on is broken. Someone somewhere suggested PowerToys offer a solution, couldn’t find a reference in the docs other than WorkSpaces. Not a bad idea though, other than that, there’s an old AHK script on Reddit where it should be simple enough to configure. 🙂
Edit: Whoah, another one bites the dust. The mighty CodeProject has finally succumbed to the vicissitudes of time and costs. Don’t understand the bit about bandits though – are they supposed to be anything like the programmer bandits described in The Psychological Reasons for Software Project Failures?
