I also learned a few minutes ago that using the freighter to warp doesn’t let encounters take effect. I like those bits so I’ll switch over to the starship even though its warp drive isn’t as efficient. Getting close to being able to upgrade my ship as I’ve continued to ferry goods around as I try to reach the long goal.
I could just reset the map to a closer system but that feels like cheating! The goal is so far away that it doesn’t even show up on the galaxy map 😛
I also found a gorgeous paradise planet that I want to toss a base on at some point. 🙂
